Food/Diet Strategy Not Working? Try This!

Really quick post today. If you’re trying to eliminate types of food, cut portions, shrink the window of time in which you eat, whatever, and it isn’t working, try this instead.

Don’t cut anything out. Just buy and eat so many whole foods (meat, fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc) that you don’t have as much room for the other stuff. It’s not that you can’t have it, you can, it’s that you won’t have room for as much of it.

When you do this, a few things happen:

1. You lose bodyfat because whole foods fill you up so you can’t eat as much and don’t generally have nearly as many calories as more processed foods.

2. You’ll feel better, have more energy, think more clearly, and sleep better because you’re eating more foods that have nutritional benefits such as vitamins and minerals.

3. You’ll eventually begin to want more of these Whole Foods (I got tired of reversing the autocorrect), as you find what you really like and your tastes change some. I know you don’t think they will. They will.
